Started working digital mode JT -65 HF recently. A fun mode. the sensitivity of the software is amazing. Made a contact with Russia when the waterfall showed no signals. Also just started working  PSK-31.  I use the Digipan 2.0 software. Found it more user friendly than the others available. On the right days 30 watts will work the world.

My dad was a flight Engineer on a B-24 Liberator in WW2. I sponsor one in his name. It belongs to the Collings foundation of Stowe MA. It is the only Flying B-24 J in the world  in Flying condition. We made many Flights together before he passed in2001. The foundation has a number of WW2 Aircraft. All in flying condition. Being a sponsor ,I get to fly between stops on their Aircraft. free of charge.

One of my other hobbies is High Power Rifle competition in NRA over the course matches. I use a custom built AR-15 with a stainless steel  20 inch barrel  in service rifle class. an a scoped Savage model 12 bolt action for F class competition. Both chambered for 223/556 . Also compete with pistols inlate fall an winter in indoor ranges. Use 22 cal in bulls eye matches, an a 45 cal  M1911  in centerfire matches. I am a strong supporter of the 2nd amendment.
