Hello,

My name is Mike Cropsey and I had got out of Ham Radio for the 2nd time in 2020 and decided to get on Ebay and get back on the air ( February 2023.)

I’ve been a ham since late December 1990 (old calls KB7MFV and N7QHS.)

My current gear is a Kenwood TS 870 running through a off center fed dipole hanging from a 40 foot tower.  Mostly hang around 80 and 40 meters and primarily like to work CW.  Also work 20 and 10 with 40 being my favorite band. Have a Yaesu 736R for use on VHF, UHF and 6 meters.  Amplifier is an old Heathkit SB-220.

If you send a QSL I will send one back.  No need for SASE.

Also use LOTW ( Preferred ) as well as QRZ and of course if you send a QSL I’ll return one.

Below is my new setup.  Just obtained and got back into Ham February 18th, 2023 after selling all my gear back in 2020.  Wife also has a license but not active (N9MPY).  Good thing we had a warm spell and I was able to string up an Off Center Fed Dipole.  Had a ton of snow the week after.

Old Station.  I sold all my gear back in 2020, just got back in the air with the above February 18th. 

Below is the Linear Loaded sloper Antenna I use to use for 160 Meters.  Looking to build a new one and get back on 160.

My old 5 Band Lightning Bolt Quad.  Had to retire it a while back.
