Member Bio

I was issued my ticket in Feb 1993 with the call sign of KD4YKX and decided to change it in 2007 after I passed my general exam. I work HF, UHF, and VHF. My home Radio Equipment is powered by solar power with about 8 hours of operation time. My antennas are a Buckmaster and Ringo for 10 meters, using a dual band J-pole for VHF/UHF. Radio equipment I use is a Elecraft K3 with 100w Kenwood TS-520S for HF at my home QTH and a Yaesu FT-2800 VHF. Mobile I use a Yaesu FT-7900.
