Greetings from Dallas TX.  USA

I run a YAESU FTDX101 into an ACOM 1200s Amplifier on a Hex Beam 6-20M or a long EFHW wire between the trees for 40/80M.  ICOM 9700 for 2M.

Retired now but I Served U.S. Navy ’76 – ’83  AT2 Aviation Electronics Technician Second Class Petty Officer supporting the Viking S-3A Anti-submarine aircraft aboard 2 aircraft carriers, Eisenhower and Kennedy.  After the Navy I was a Field Engineer for  National Semiconductor, Compaq, Hewlett Packard, and other companies.  I also owned several different businesses as well.   I’m retired now, so I get to enjoy some hobbies: pistol shooting, reloading, woodworking, and I’m enjoying the new hobby of Amateur Radio!  I wish I’d done this sooner!
