I started in amateur radio by passing the Technician on 3/13/2021, General on 9/11/2021, and Amateur Extra on 9/18/2021. Even though there are many different activities for someone to choose, I’m currrently involved with FT8, ARES, C.E.R.T., and VE. My original call sign was KO4OEY.

New set activity is CW, and I do mean new! I practice on frequency 7.048 if interested. I do more listening at this point as I am trying to understand the dit’s and dah’s of the characters that I am hearing.
