I am new to the Ham world.  Heres a little about my short time on the bands.  I got my Technician Class license on June 11, 2015.  My Call sign was KG5HYJ.  I then got my General Class on July 21, 2015.  I change my call to a vanity call on August 8, 2015 to KG5JIM.  I did my upgrade to Extra Class on July 13, 2016 and kept my call sign.  I also got my certification as a VE shortly after.
