Member Bio
I got into ham radio because of many different reasons, but my main goal is QRP for my adventures. My portable rig is a ICOM 705. When I am not traveling light, I use a ICOM 7300 on the boat for the summer and the same rig as my base station at home.
Since I am a sailor, adventurer, hiker, outdoorsman, and wilderness survivalist, Ham radio operation will come in handy for emergencies, and having fun on my adventures!
Feel free to email me at KE8TYC@OUTLOOK.COM. I am always looking to STAY IN TOUCH with like-minded good people!
