USTNET members interested in utilizing the Bureau services are required to send Self-Addressed Stamped Envelopes (SASEs) to:

For postage, kindly affix one first-class stamp to each envelope. In the event of any changes in the first-class postage rate, please include extra stamps with your submission to cover the additional cost. Additionally, ensure to include your call sign and name alongside the extra stamps.

The Bureau will return 1oz. of QSL cards. Please use only #10 SASE envelopes with your call sign written in the top left corner. The QSL cards should fit within a #10 envelope and must not exceed 4 inches in height or 9 inches in length.

Please note that the maximum number of SASE envelopes allowed on file at the bureau is limited to 10 at a time.

Any cards received at the bureau that do not have envelopes for them will be held for 2 weeks and then if no envelopes show up they will be returned to sender.
